I’m not in ANY shape at all and I do laps for 45 minutes to an hour with only about 10 second breaks every 2-4 laps…. Its doable. Just switch up your strokes when you feel winded, instead of taking a break. keeps you moving, and makes you feel just a little more awesome for going for a whole hour.

Does anyone actually swim laps for a full hour straight? I mean, I’m sure professional swimmers do… but do normal people? <.<

but if you weigh like over 170 it can be up to 700 an hour
